This 3D model originated in Sketchup 8 before being converted to other formats entirely. Native format is .skp, with 3ds Max scene tailored for 2016, rendered using Vray 3.00. Hello everyone! This house was inspired by Florida's unique style. As I visit family there every now and then, why not bring a bit of the Sunshine State back? I designed an Arthur Rutenberg Home, a respected luxury builder known for high-end single-family homes like this one. It was actually my father's dream home from the start.
