I replaced the impeller on my submersible water pump since the original one was busted - no big deal, just made another. Although the new one doesn't have the exact same blade geometry as the old one, it works flawlessly so far. I gave the structure a bit of extra reinforcement to make sure it's sturdy enough. The fit is perfect, and printing with 5% supports in Cura made removing them a breeze. I've also included the 3D file for this part, which you can easily edit using Fusion360 if you want to modify anything. I had my fair share of failed prints along the way, so in version 9 I tweaked the impeller thickness and overall dimensions, as well as the blade attack angle. If anyone wants to test it out with a different material, I'd love to hear about your results!
