Made to fit Rapid FMC20 puncher. People who need this, know this :-) The photo with the IBM floppy and the adapter is just to show the idea and when in use, insert the adapter first in the puncher. You may need/want to adjust the thickness for a good fit, for my Rapid and my printer 2.0mm is about right.
