Floppy Disk

thingiverse

In the not so distant past, floppy disks and their corresponding drivers were a common sight on computers. These early storage devices allowed users to transfer files between machines well before the widespread use of the internet, CDs, or USB thumb drives. Each floppy disk held a capacity of approximately 1.4 megabytes of data, earning them another name: 3.5 inch disks. Although they are no longer required for modern computers, many older systems still support these devices at both hardware and software levels - the motherboard connections and BIOS/OS settings remain intact. This model consists of two parts, making it ideal for dual-color printing.
