Recently I discovered my girlfriend had a stash of Floppy Disks still lying around, rendering them obsolete as storage devices. With no practical use left for these nostalgic relics from my childhood, I decided to get creative and think outside the box about how to repurpose them. The result was this desktop pencil holder, pen organiser, or writing equipment station. As I completed my project, I noticed others had similar ideas but none used a triangle as the base, so I decided to share my creation with the community here on Thingiverse. For the top, I initially built a complete cover (already included in the download package), but then I realized it would conceal too much of the Floppy Disk's unique design. To maintain its distinctive appearance, I designed tiny edge connectors that can be attached using liquid adhesive to hold both the connectors and disks together. The disks themselves are secured to the ground plate with a small amount of liquid glue.
