Floppy Disk Cabinet T-Brackets and Drawers

I was inspired by Amplivibe's innovative Floppy Disk Construction Kit to create a unique shelf system using the provided pieces. However, the original design lacked a way to insert disks in the center of the box, prompting me to design custom T-shaped brackets to fill the gap. One bracket pinches both sides of the disk, while the other allows items to slide smoothly over the top of the disk and securely holds it in place. The shelves were built upon the foundation of the Small Parts Cabinet from falconman, but I redesigned them entirely in CAD to fit this project's specific needs. By incorporating elements of that design, I was able to create a cohesive look. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: RepRap Kossel Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 40% Notes: I recommend printing at least four T-brackets simultaneously since they are small and can become heat-saturated on a printer without adequate cooling. After Printing: Add Adhesive: To prevent the disks from popping out when the drawer rolls over them, I applied hot glue to secure them into the topless T-brackets.
