This product is an architectural 3D model designed for rendering purposes. Although it may not directly import into software like Unity, its textures can be easily baked in 3Ds Max or Maya (with V-Ray installed) to enable seamless integration. The model comes pre-unwrapped, shaded, and textured; simply add it to your scene without needing smoothing or NGone adjustments. Customize or replace the textures as desired. The model is metrically accurate in centimeters, created using 3Ds Max 2017 and VRay renderer. Note that the scene includes only the object for sale, excluding the VRay light, environment, and camera settings.
