This product provides architectural 3D renderings that can be optimized for use in software such as Unity by baking textures in programs like 3ds Max or Maya (with V-Ray installed). The model is unwrapped, shaded, and textured, eliminating the need to smooth it or deal with NGone. Textures can also be easily modified or replaced, and the dimensions are in centimeters. It was created using 3ds Max 2017 and VRay as a renderer. Note that the scene includes only the object for sale, not the studio, lighting, environment, or camera.
