The model is designed in 3DS Max, ready for subdivision. It has a proper name and grouping, along with real-world scale dimensions. Cleanup isn't required. Texture paths are stripped and incorporated into the zip file corresponding to the model. To ensure automatic texture application, place the textures in the same folder as the .max file. The file does not contain background or scene setup, but includes the model and materials. Supported formats are 3DS Max 2018 V-ray 3.6, FBX, and OBJ. Please download and use these formats accordingly.
