The 3DS Max model with VRay materials offers all textures and can be easily integrated into your scene for rendering. The VRay materials version also provides UV Coordinates and Material IDs, making it simple to create custom textures using the given maps. On the other hand, FBX, OBJ, and MAX-Standard Material versions do not include material definitions but still have UV Coordinates and Material IDs for easy texture creation.
