Floor Function Sign
thingiverse
The AP calculus teacher offered extra credit if students wore a math function all day at school, inspired by the English department's "A" for "The Scarlet Letter". Two days before it was due, the student designed a large model of their chosen function. Unfortunately, it warped off the build platform during printing due to its size, but the center of the model remained attached. The nozzle got caught on a corner, causing skipping in the X and Y axis. As a result, the student resorted to writing the function with a Sharpie and still received credit. Once they have a driver board for their heated bed, they plan to attempt printing the model again.
