Fitting to added color filters to exterior LED floodlight. Simple attachment to add color light filters to the Wasserstein Floodlights I have for my WyzeCam v2 and WyzeCam v3 The filter disk can be printed in your choice of color to either soften the bright white of the floodlight with an warm orange or yelllow, or to add temporary seasonal colors. Great for adding a touch of color for Haloween, Christmas, Saint Patricks Day etc. The floodlight covering mount clips should hold in place on their own, but I also suggest using some color matched electrical tape of duct tape if its loose, or fixing for longer term use. Printing suggestionsThe default color disk height is 0.4mm for two 0.2mm layers which should be adequate for most colors. For a dimmer light try increasing to 3 layers by scaling the Z height to 0.6mm in the slicer. Trying using different slicer Top and Bottom surface patterns for the color disks. I found Concentric and Octagram Spiral work well. Archimedean Chords looks nice but I have some issues with gaps at the edge which you can see in one of the pictures.I printed in PLA, but PETG would is more suitable for outdoor use.
