Removed 3mm from front to clear slide, enlarged holes to work with 4mm screws and trimmed the sides to it wouldn't hit the bearings on my mpcnc primo z axis with burley mount. This is the Burly parts, just download the tool mount and nut trap to be able to use on your Primo https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:724999 This one is not tested yet, I am using a previous one that I had to grind and drill to make work. It should be good to use, let me know if you use it.
