The table set can be used as decoration, you can put a little glass square (64x64x3 mm) on top (the table top has a frame to place a 64x64 mm square) and use it to place anything you like. You can also place the pot included and use it to store little items or to plant a succulent. The structure is strong so the maximum weight really depends on the tightness and the resistance of the threads. I used 0.3mm nylon and it handled up to 500 grams easily. To attach the arcs to the table top and base you can use a little bit of super glue.
