Floating recycled herb garden (pot holder)

So I had several pots lying around and they recommended using them as herb pots for recycling purposes. To keep my dog away from the pots, while maximizing sunlight exposure, I needed to elevate them off the ground. Drilling into the fence was not an option, so I created a simple mount that fits between the posts. This is what I came up with.
