Floating Gold Concentrator for DN 75 pipe and 25mm HOSE

Hello. Here are some initial parts for a gold concentrator. I'm just testing. He was never in the river. Now, I am still printing, so everything is still in progress. My English: First partition 1+ needs a solid top layer on six, button solid layer six and shells (outline) on six. This part must have a strong shell because you filter sand, rocks. Better use it on every object. Many walls I made on three millimeters. News: Part - gold concentrator PIPE IN is now for 25mm HOSE (internal size). A new pipe out with reduction from 20mm/14.2 mm (pipe out reduction has 20.2 mm!) PIPE OUT doesn't have 75mm, but 74.80mm, so it will be tight. Partition one now has some small upgrades on top. New first prototype CHECK VALVE for hub 40-40-67. Screw on homemade silicone valve. PIPE OUT was too small; the new one is 0.8mm bigger from 74.80mm to 75.60. Check valve repair again on 36.698 (35.9 is too small, and 36.9 is too big!). Reduction was too big; now it has 19.6 mm, not 20.2. There's a lot of work here: valve, pipe in, working very well. Reduction out - I changed three times! Every object, I changed two times, but now I must make another one valve because the gold pump has two. But this is a very hard part. Now it's done, but pump valve 2 is a little big... If you have problems, use sandpaper! New bigger support for nylon cable ties. Another partition for six millimeter threaded rod. Valve one has stronger inside walls. Check valve has more space on top. First test - the system working very well.
