Floating Extruder Bracket

This bracket is crafted specifically for the Tevo Little Monster, but its design can be easily adapted using the included solidworks file to suit your delta printer with a floating extruder. The primary function of this bracket is to provide stability to the extruder, which was previously compromised by a makeshift strapping system that caused excessive movement and vibration. This resulted in the extruder consistently veering off course, facing towards the right side, which was aesthetically unappealing. By extending the arms and implementing this new design, smaller angle movements are achieved, resulting in a significantly more stable extruder that now faces forward. An optional counterweight can be added to enhance stability further, as demonstrated on my own setup. Printing with this bracket is effortless, eliminating overhangs entirely – simply print upside down for optimal results.
