This is an auto gyro modeled in Autodesk Inventor 2017 by Jonathan, designed to transport four people while soaring through the skies. It boasts a Honda B series supercharged engine and larger rotor blades for extra load capacity. Materials can be sourced from local hardware stores, with carbon fiber parts created at a CNC shop. Instruments can be purchased second-hand or from an automobile junkyard, and the drive propeller is suggested to be made of laminated carbon fiber on aluminum. The rotor blades consist of carbon fiber wings on titanium spars. Currently unfinished, Jonathan seeks feedback based on uploaded photos and aims to improve his skills in simulating flexible models and creating realistic material imperfections in Keyshot. Future plans involve mastering the creation of real-world environments using HDR/HDRi, EXR files, etc. All suggestions, opinions, and reactions are welcome for incorporation into the final design package. Jonathan has used GrabCAD member models for seats, Lyshom supercharger, and Honda engine, with permission sought for inclusion in the final version. He also seeks resources on simulating cable controllers like bicycle brake lines in Solidworks and Inventor. The final package will include CNC NC codes for various profiles, aeronautical and mechanical calculations, and Linux CNC support. Jonathan eagerly awaits your input and assistance in this project.
