Print two of these models with minimal infill, just enough for your printer to handle accurately, along with sufficient sidewall thickness to make them water-resistant. I discovered that my own printer performs best with four layers on top, bottom, and sides at 40% infill density. Insert a 550 cord through the model's central axis and it should be able to support a GoPro camera enclosed in its waterproof housing.
