Flite Test P-47 formers
thingiverse
Fuselage formers for the Flite Test P-47 Thunderbolt make building aircraft easier than ever before. You can create your formers with precision accuracy without having to cut out a single piece of foam board, making it an ideal choice for anyone who wants to avoid tedious cutting tasks or build a robust plane that can withstand harsh weather conditions. Each former is unique and only one is required, allowing you to print multiple pieces at once. When printed with two top and bottom layers as well as two walls and minimal infill, each piece weighs similarly to foam board. However, if you need more strength, you can easily increase the infill density. Printed with basic PLA, my formers showed excellent strength and could withstand the heat from a 60W glue gun without deforming. This is just the beginning of the FT master series former sets, and I look forward to creating even more complex designs in the future.
