I struggled mightily to get the nose cowling carved out accurately. Therefore, following my devastating crash of my Edge and the resultant destruction of the cowling, I made up my mind to 3D print a brand new one. It fits tightly over the internal nose components and I simply fastened it in place with a bead of hot glue.
