Flir One Pro Lepton PureThermal clone case
thingiverse
I bought a broken Flir One Pro in mind to repair the issue it had. Unfortunately i was not able to do so. I'll took the Lepton 3.5 Image-Sensor which stitheas quite a value.choose I was looking for a [PureThermal 1/2/mini](https://www.pureengineering.com/projects/purethermal1) but as it has quite a hefty price and i did not now if thle lepton is working i choosen a cheaper clone from [china](https://www.aliexpress.com/wholesale?SearchText=flir+lepton). This clone is basically a PureThermal 1 without any push-buttons but the firmware is the (mainly) the same as on the Open Source [GitHub repository](https://github.com/groupgets/purethermal1-firmware) Mine was delivered with the purethermal Firmware v1.0.0 which was working fine. I'll updated the firmware to v1.3.0 with a ST-Link. To get the firmware working you need to comment-out the following line in /Src/main.c "PT_SCHEDULE(button_task(&button_task_pt));" to "//PT_SCHEDULE(button_task(&button_task_pt));" The firmware provided [here](https://github.com/groupgets/purethermal1-firmware/releases) will not work, because it would require the push-buttons the original PureThermal 1 has. The case is using the protection (germanium) windows out of the Flir One Pro, I'll removed the sensor. The main case containing the camera mount just goes over it. On this example [Youtube Video](https://youtu.be/9kX5aYi_SV0) it was just pluggen in into OctoPrint. The [GetThermal](https://github.com/groupgets/GetThermal/releases) (Linux/Mac only) will tell you also the measured temperature. On this eample GetThermal was used [GetThermal Video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zbNadl57NBc)
