Flippped octoprint case for Prusa I3 MK3
thingiverse
This is a remix of ChrisPetit's outstanding raspberry pi case. I flipped the lid and base and shifted the whole structure to the right. The goal was to create extra space for attaching hats, cables, etc. to the raspberry pi. I also expanded the cutout around the GPIO pins substantially so that a stacking header could be easily plugged in. I've also included a pi-hat cover that can serve as a foundation for covering a hat that stacks on the outside of the case. The hat cover is set up with cutouts for one of my own hats, but it could be used as a starting point for remixing. I've also included a spacer that when paired with a gpio stacking header, will elevate the hat high enough to allow it to be plugged in outside the case. I printed all parts using AmazonBasics PETG filament. The GPIO spacer had 0.15mm layers, while everything else had 0.2mm layers.
