Flipper Knife

This is a folding knife design i have created in OnShape, which flips open and locks.I have designed the knife with a 0.02 - 0.03 tolerance depending on the spot. if the tolerances are a bit too tight you can just sand down the pins with sandpaper, or scale the model slightly up.I highly encourage you if you decide to print it out, to post your result when its done. and if you see something i can improve on please post a comment :)I have added a thicker lockbar (and a handle with a bit deeper groove for the new lockbar) and the option for inserts so that you can add another color in the handle.Additional InfoHere is how i would recommend you have the parts rotated when printing for the best finished result.The lockbar is supposed to be superglued in.Category: Hand Tools
