Flipper Height Gauge
thingiverse
Super simple flipper height adjustment tool. Bally/Williams games, in particular, like to have a little wiggle room between the bottom of the flipper and the flipper bushing, 0.76mm (0.03") to be exact. This is the same thickness as a credit card, so many people use those, but they tend to fall out while you're tightening. Well, we got tired of that game so we made this. To match up with slicing better, it's 0.75mm tall, which slices out to exactly five layers at 0.15mm layer height. You can also print it at 0.2mm layer height if you need to, and it should still work great, you'll just have an ever so slightly bigger gap, but the game will still play great, and far better than with no gap at all. Check out the pic. You'll notice we're also using https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1644154 and a pair of spring clamps to align the flippers. Between the two, proper flipper alignment has never been easier! Happy flipping!
