Here is the model I built for my dad as he requested, so here's the ship that will take us on Flight to Mars. In reality, it was essentially what they would have used in 'Destination: Moon' but they wanted something with a V-2 look. With this model already created, they ended up using this one in most of their other projects that needed a rocket. As a result, this ship not only became more iconic, but also went to more places; Missile to the Moon, The Terror from Beyond Space, World Without End, and many more.
