I use these bases with 3.2mm clear acrylic rod and neodymium magnets to make flight bases for aerial tabletop wargaming.My construction process is detailed on my blog at https://mojobob.blogspot.com/2023/12/fly-my-pretties.htmlI've supplied the base hexes in 25mm, 30mm, 40mm and 50mm widths. Larger models will require larger bases for stability. I've included a STL for a positioning jig for gluing the magnets to the acrylic rod.
