The spacers featuring a 3.5mm clearance are intended for use in the following configuration: QUAD FRAME > 2mm NYLON NUT > 1.5mm PDB > SPACER. Note that the F3 protector has a single access hole for UART1, requiring removal of the USB connector from the board to access it.
