Flight Control Gaming Chair Mount

I needed a solution to attach my X52 flight controls securely to my gaming chair. The method I used might not be suitable for everyone, but it worked well for me. I purchased 1" aluminum pipe from Home Depot and utilized M5x20 screws with matching M5 nuts. To minimize movement between the mount and the chair, I applied electrical tape or a rubber-type material, such as silicone, in strategic locations. Printing two sets of each component and acquiring two mounts along with several feet of square aluminum stock was essential for my specific application. This ensured that everything fit together perfectly. The platform that supports the flight controllers is simply a monitor mount equipped with velcro. However, my approach to creating the thumb screw handles was not ideal, and I suspect that using longer bolts and doubling up on the nuts might have provided a more secure connection, thus preventing them from becoming loose over time.
