Heat creep has been a major problem for me when printing with PLA on my TAZ 5, both with the standard extruder and the FlexyDually. I discovered a helpful solution (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:138781) designed specifically for the standard extruder, but struggled to find one that met my needs for the FlexyDually.
