Print your own wallet! Originally designed for semi-flexible filaments such as TPE, used in the red wallets seen in photos. The Mini can be printed in stiffer materials like white PLA, but it produces a very tight fit for cards, so you may want to scale it up with a few percent. If printed in flexible materials like TPE, there's no need to scale, and cards should fit perfectly as is. FlexWallet Full Best for those who use cash frequently. It features 6 card slots and a bill compartment holding bills up to 187x74mm without folding; if you use higher bills, just scale up the Z axis when printing - The card slots will still be usable due to the grip area made for easier card handling. FlexWallet Mini Ideal for those who rarely use cash or want a wallet as small as possible. It has 4 quick-access card slots, each holding one card. Additionally, there's a middle slot that can fit 3 cards and/or emergency cash (folded). The middle slot is slightly deeper in relation to the top edges to protect bills and rarely-used cards. There are two versions of each model: Skull contains the skull logo from Quentin Tarantino's Death Proof painted on the car driven by Kurt Russell. Clean is completely plain, allowing you to add your own logo, name, or phone number as desired. I have used both the Full and Mini versions for a couple of weeks each, with no signs of wear and tear so far. The contents stay in place, and I never worry about dropping cards or bills by mistake. Both models fit nicely in the pocket, especially the Mini. 2016-10-13 - New design After 8 months of daily use, my Mini remains in excellent condition, although slightly dirtier. I still wanted a change, so I created an improved variant and printed it with wood filament! Check out http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1825738 Print Settings: Printer: RigidBot Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1 Notes: Designed for 0.4mm nozzles, all walls are exactly 0.4mm wide. If your slicer can't render the walls properly, set your slicer to use a 0.39mm Extrusion Width and/or Nozzle Diameter. Also, ensure your slicer doesn't use more than one wall, or the slots will be too tight. The bottom of the model is 0.8mm thick, so you can use multiple solid bottom layers if desired. Print SLOW, especially when using flexible filaments. This applies to both print speed and X/Y travel speeds, as you don't want the print to wobble back and forth with such thin walls. Red wallets in photos were printed at 40mm/s, but I would go even slower next time. Using a brim helps minimize the wobble a bit, 10 rounds are sufficient. High layer resolution is only necessary if you use non-clean versions and want the outside details to be perfectly smooth.
