I designed this section to serve as a tutorial on flexible joints or hinges, particularly for those new to 3D printing. When working with PLA plastic, I've found that optimal results are achieved when the thinnest part of the hinge measures 0.4 millimeters in width and the overall width of the hinge is precisely 10 millimeters.
