Flexure Optical Mirror Mount

Flexure Optical Mirror Mount

This is a low-cost alternative to typically expensive optical mounts. Many people have designed 3D printable versions of the standard kinematic style mount, but I wanted to design a flexure mount that could be printed all in one piece. This can be printed with no supports or rafts. Once printed simply add an M5-0.5mm nut in each pocket and use 2 M5-0.5mm x 12mm bolts along with the included printable thumbscrews. The two designs here are meant for 15mm and 1/2" optics respectively. They are both designed to mount on top of a 35mm DIN rail mount (linked below) to serve as a makeshift optical rail for single-axis optical systems. I may design a more universal mounting version in the future. If you have Autodesk Inventor you can download and edit the .IPT files. If you want these exported as a specific file type other than .STL and .IPT let me know!
