This optimized design works well with Filaflex or similar flexible filaments like Nylon, and also accommodates the AJGW extruder set with some modifications. The original version is by Audran, found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:169372. Key changes include a filament guide at the top for AJGW compatibility, filling the gap between the tractor screw and the filament hole for flexible filament support, and adjusting the idler axis for better alignment with AJGW extruder set. Update 01 from March 1st adds a flex idler to ensure no escape for flexible filaments. For AJGW gear set, visit http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:40642, and follow specific instructions for assembling the flex idler. Note that this design requires sliding the bearing from the side rather than pushing it through, as in other versions.
