The BYU Compliant Mechanism Research Group created FlexLinks for fast turnaround proof-of-concept prototyping of compliant mechanisms. Paired with LEGO commercial components, custom compliant parts can be used to build a wide variety of compliant mechanisms. FlexLinks can either be 3D printed or cut out from polypropylene using a mill, CNC router, or water jet.
