FlexiStruder - GARIX version for Mk7 drive gear

After experimenting with numerous extruders, I always find myself returning to the Flexistruder for its reliability, rapid filament changes, and straightforward design. Recently, I started experiencing under-extrusion issues, which led me to investigate the cause. I noticed that my spring was never properly aligned and likely suffered from lost pressure, despite having sufficient torque on the drive gear. This resulted in inconsistent extrusion and slipping during filament changes. To resolve this issue, I decided to upgrade the lever to ensure the spring remained straight and evenly tensioned. I redesigned the lever to align perfectly with the body of the Flexistruder, allowing for a more consistent and efficient compression of the spring. Additionally, I sourced locally available springs from Menards (PN#88250) to fit my modified design. The new lever also compresses the spring further, resulting in increased tension and improved extrusion performance. To enhance stability, I added a top component that keeps the lever and bearing aligned with the drive gear using M3x25mm screws. I've included both regular and reversed versions of this upgrade for your reference. For detailed setup instructions and further information, please consult the original source material.
