I made a few tweaks to the FlexiStruder by MikeFrancies, published October 29, 2015 (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1099016). The flexistruder seemed like the best option for printing flexible filaments on my new Anet A8, which I'm upgrading with a Bowden setup. I've been using a similar extruder mod on my German RepRap NEO for some time now. I printed the flexistruder and only then realized that none of my pushfits would fit. The pushfits I still had were all BSP28 (1/8") threads. To cut one into the flexistruder, it needed a bit more "flesh" around the output. So I imported the STL into Sketchup, stretched it slightly around the output and widened the hole to about 9mm. Now you can easily cut the thread and attach the pushfit. If you want to push the Bowden through those standard pushfits until it reaches almost the bearing and the hobbed bolt, you'll have to drill the pushfit carefully to 4mm. Don't drill too deep, or your drill will touch the claws of the pushfit, and the pushfit won't work anymore. YOU WILL NEED THE LEVER FROM THE ORIGINAL THING: http://www.thingiverse.com/download:1727116 I added the lever here. Just added the lever from the original thing.
