This quadcopter is a robust X-frame design, measuring 215 mm in width, drawing inspiration from various high-density polyethylene (HDPE) frame quadcopters. This frame is engineered to be printed using flexible and durable filaments such as Taulman PCTPE or Nylon. The design accommodates a 4-in-1 ESC with a flight controller, both of which should conform to the 30.5 mm x 30.5 mm form factor. To complete this frame's construction, several fastener components are required: 8 pieces - 20 mm M3 round standoffs (5 mm outer diameter) 4 pieces - 30 mm M3 screws 4 pieces - 15 mm M3 screws 8 pieces - 10 mm M3 screws The 30 mm screws secure the FPV camera surround piece and the front of the body cap to the quadcopter's main body from above. The 15 mm screws fasten the rear of the body cap to the quadcopter's main body, while the 10 mm screws secure the main body to the body cap from below. The fastener specifications are provided for a configuration where the battery plate is positioned at the top of the body cap. However, if the battery plate is situated beneath the main body, longer fasteners will be required for the bottom section. This quadcopter's maximum propeller length is 5 inches.
