Flexion Mount for Bowden Setup

Update: V2 just uploaded 8/24/18 that has several minor updates including a larger diameter connector hole and additional material around the bolt holes for improved strength.\r\n\r\nI designed this Flexion extruder mount to fit seamlessly into an 8020 extrusion using M6 bolts. Printing at a layer height of 0.2mm with a high infill percentage above 50% and supports enabled for the bowden tube connection produced excellent results. To avoid filling in the section for the tube, consider using simplify3D manually to create the support structures.\r\n\r\nThis mount was printed from PLA but will likely be switched to ABS or PETG at a later time due to their superior strength and durability. Be sure to account for shrinkage when printing to prevent oversized holes. Scale up the design by approximately 2% for PLA to ensure accurate fitment.\r\n\r\nA pass-through PTFE connector, such as this one:\r\nhttps://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01IB81IHG/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1\r\nis also required for optimal performance.
