Flexion Extruder Cr10 for Microswiss/MK8 and Vulcano

There are other designs available for flexion, but I need a stepper motor mounted above the axis instead of in front, as excessive weight and movement can cause instability. The files provided here include: Flexion_Extruder__stepper_32mm.stl - This model is designed for smaller 32mm stepper motors and features a flat top for easier handling. For 42mm stepper motor or Stock HotEnd models, you'll need the following files: flexion_fanholder.stl flexion_vulcano.stl These designs work perfectly for printing ABS materials at high speeds (100-180mm/s) with OctoPrint and Klipper software. The Vulcano hotend provides a longer path for filament to heat up and melt, reducing motor jumping issues. Note: I use the stock hotend or MicroSwiss and mount the Vulcano heatblock for printing ABS materials. This setup also works well for other materials like Nylon, PETG, PLA, and TPU.
