Flexicoil Truck for the EMD SW1500

The NASA EMD SW1500 Switcher I am going to use to build my NASA train comes equipped with Flexicoil Trucks. Barspin's model (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:916416) is provided with Type A trucks. So, I have designed new trucks - actually just the side frames. I've added slightly bigger wheels to match the size of the ones used on the actual SW1500. Print Settings Printer: Vertex K8400 and Prusa I3 MK2 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.1 and 0.2 mm Infill: 20% Notes: I've printed the side frames at 0.2 mm but the details will be more accurate if printed at 0.1 mm. Everything is printed in ABS. Post-Printing The small pieces are glued onto the frame and the frame is attached to the SW1500 truck assembly. The brake pipes are way oversized (hard to print a smaller diameter); it would be better to replace them with something smaller like a piece of copper wire. I have designed the wheels with semi-circular axle holes. I have filed the end of the axles accordingly, which prevents the wheels from slipping on the axles as the torque is quite important. If you want to use a round axle, you can bore the hole with a 3 mm bit from the inner side of the wheel - the first 2 mm are circular.
