I'm a huge fan of the Casio CA53W calculator watch (perhaps best known for being Marty's watch in Back to the Future), but one major problem is that the strap consistently breaks after just a few months of wear. So I designed and modeled my own replacement strap, which can be printed as needed. It fits the CA53W perfectly, and it should also work with any number of other watches that use the same pin size. This design is inspired by the original straps on the CA53W, but it's not an exact copy - instead, it's optimized for 3D printing and features slightly thicker buckle parts for added durability. You'll need to reuse the original pins to attach the straps to the watch. To assemble the buckle on the strap, use a plain-old sewing pin with a diameter of 0.75 mm and a small head. Simply push it all the way through, then snip off any excess from the point end. In my experience so far, this setup holds in place just fine by pressure alone. In the comparison pictures above, a CA53W with the original band is shown on the right next to my 3D printed band on the left. If you enjoy this design, feel free to tip me a coffee!
