This Montreal Heart Institute biology lab kit requires production of optically clear, stretchable PDMS silicone microscope slides with a central window for cell culturing. Post-population, various experiments under the microscope and in different conditions can be conducted. To maintain initial stretch during setup transfer from hood to microscope, precision is key. The design was meticulously crafted using SketchUp software before being 3D printed on a B9Creator with MakerJuice's top-tier SubG+ resin.
