Flexible shaft coupling holder
thingiverse
This piece securely holds a flexible shaft coupling like those often used in 3D printers. It lets you drill into it without the coupling swaying all over. I needed this for the Bubblegum CNC kit, as converting it required a 5mm to 4.5mm coupler, which proved impossible to find anywhere. The solution then is to get a 5mm to 4mm one and enlarge the hole instead. The piece needs to be made exactly fit the external size of the coupler. I found both 18mm and 19mm couplers, so I included files for both. It's easy to make any size required from the OpenSCAD source code itself.
