Z-Wobble Eliminator-Anti-Z-Shake-Flex Shaft Coupler (Ade) I am creating this solution to eradicate the frustrating Z-Wobble on my Anycubic i3 Mega Chiron. This should also work with other 3D printers where the shaft dimensions are 5 mm for the stepper motor and 8 mm for the spindles of the Z-axis. The diameter of the dog clutch is 20 mm. The threads have a bore of 2.5 mm. I use physical strength to turn in the thread itself, which works well and holds securely. Required screws: 8 pieces Inbus M3x8 and 2 pieces M3x4. As an additional improvement, I have incorporated the AI3M threaded spindle z-axis leading from Maleh3Dprntx: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3286907 These two measures have successfully eliminated the Z-Wobble on my printer.
