Flexible sander
thingiverse
This is a flexible sander that can use basically any grit of sandpaper as long as it can bend enough to fit in the slots that hold the paper in. This is designed so you can use a piece that is 20*80mm and no more than .5mm thick. I have tested it with some 180 grit i have that is flexible enough and it fits but realistically this is intended to use maybe 220 grit and up for smooth finishes on curved or complex shapes where thin sanding sponges don't work well. Personally i've been using it with 600 grit and up to remove any layers or voxels visible on my resin prints and it works fast and doesn't destroy edges. To slot in the paper you can do it anyway you please but depending on some of those ways you get a loser and more conforming sand or a tighter faster sand. I personally use it in a way where both sides go around the outside then curve inwards to tighten, images will be provided. I have included some clips that you can use to help tighten the slots so you can orient the paper anyway you like and still get a tight fit. The stl is the 20mm wide paper with a span of 55mm of space. the stl only has one clip so just print 2, 1 for each peg. The clips are not needed but they are there. All pieces are designed to print flat on the build plate and in resin though FDM can be used but i haven't printed it that way yet. I may make wider ones as well in the future or tweak the design a bit to make adding the sandpaper easier.
