
Flexible S5 Wireless Charging Case

This is a case for the Samsung Galaxy S5 made to work with the official wireless charging back cover. Various features such as a path for sound from the speaker to travel to the front are added along with a spot in one of the corners for attaching a lanyard. The case has been printed out by myself and is currently used, several variations have been made but this particular version meets all of the necessary measurements, ensuring that the microphone, headphone, IR, camera, heart-rate monitor, charging port, and power/volume buttons are correctly aligned. This item was printed using Fenner Drive's Semiflex material which gives it a little extra rigidity in comparison to Ninjaflex, it can still work perfectly with the latter filament though. A previous attempt at printing this case used Ultimaker's Flexible PLA in black, but although successful, the layers began to split apart and didn't last long so it's not recommended due to this flaw (the strength may also be affected by color). Make sure to thoroughly examine the print settings before proceeding with this print, as doing so will guarantee success. This case works seamlessly when print settings are correctly followed, though difficulties were experienced initially that were later addressed by printing using different techniques. Print Settings Rafts: None Supports: Required around the edges due to corners being subject to lift at this particular infill percentage Infill: At 100% for structural integrity and support for all added features Notes: The semiflex filament has distinct requirements - Extruder Temp: Maintains a high heat level at 230°C. Bed Temp: Is kept consistent with a steady temperature of 70°C. -Speed is maintained precisely to minimize risk of error, standing firmly at 15mm/s. -Layer height remains fixed to achieve accurate prints with the chosen dimension of 0.2mm. -Some necessary modifications had been previously implemented (removing support materials that aren't absolutely essential), supports remain crucial to maintaining solid structure as no other type can take its place, which is exactly why extraction isn't a required feature. These settings worked wonderfully well for printing with this unique semiflex filament. This item requires a certain precision that has already shown it does meet these expectations with perfect structural stability - just the precise thing it should be with such attention paid during creation. I am more than confident in your ability to complete it perfectly and with all its original functionality still intact!
