First, thanks to Pocket NC for creating the FR4 Machine shield! Check them out at http://www.pocketnc.com. This is my design for an attachment that performs three key duties: it acts as a lid/door catch, magnetically attaches (see Misc. Notes for magnet descriptions) a bit holder, and bypasses hall sensors. IMPORTANT NOTE: You must read all of the following text/instructions carefully. There are hints that might help with assembly of the parts. As with my flexible coupler design, this model should be printed with a properly calibrated FDM printer using only Makerflex or Ninjaflex filaments. For safe experimental testing only by adults 18 years old or older. Use at your own risk in a safe environment away from faces and hands, as well as all minors and other creatures... Let me know what you think of this add-on for the FR4 machine shield! If you like this thing, show me some appreciation by tipping me and clicking the 'TIP DESIGNER' button at http://www.thingiverse.com/kellectibles/about. Also, check out my jewelry at http://www.kellectibles.com. Thanks!
