Flexible LED lamp (1/4" coolant pipe & GU10 socket)
thingiverse
This is the LED light holder for coolant pipe, I remixed this thing https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1331285 to use with GU10 socket, which is more common and it's powered by 230 VAC so you don't need a 12 VDC power supply. I added ventilation holes and sockets for M4 nuts - you need to pause the print and insert them. Now you can change the bulb without destroying the print with wood screws. Depending on your printer's precision, you may have difficulties connecting the ball joint. Try making a little phase on the edge of the inner sphere, detach one segment of pipe, and push it with a small hammer. Now connect it to the rest of the pipe. I recommend using variable layer height in Prusa Slicer to improve only the quality of the ball joint. List of parts: - coolant_lamp_GU10_lower - coolant_lamp_GU10_upper - 1/4" coolant pipe - LED GU10 spotlight - ceramic GU10 socket - 3x M4 nut - 3x M4 screw - 2x M3 nut - 2x M3 screw - 1.5mm^2 wire
