Flexible Landing Gear for Quadcopter "Crossfire" Version 2 [deprecated]
thingiverse
Newly updated flexible landing gear for quadcopter "Crossfire" version 3 is now available. This enhanced version overcomes the issue of excessive flexibility in its predecessor, ensuring improved stability while maintaining shock absorption capabilities. The angle between the landing gear and arms has been changed to 45 degrees for better support. The unique design of these landing gears allows for both bending and compression, offering increased flexibility and shock dampening during diagonal landings. They are long enough (around 8cm in normal position and 7cm when bent) to protect the battery from damage while accommodating cameras on the bottom plate with an additional 1-1.5cm of flexibility as needed.
